At Bake’s PokeShop, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping your Pokémon and TCG collectibles so they arrive safely and securely. Please review our shipping and delivery details below before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • During high-volume periods (such as new set releases, holidays, or giveaways), processing may take slightly longer.
  • Pre-orders will ship as soon as stock becomes available. Release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer or distributor.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely, including:

  • USPS, UPS, or FedEx for domestic U.S. orders
  • Japan Post, DHL, or FedEx International for overseas shipments (if applicable)

At checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method based on speed and cost.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and carrier rates.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders — details will be posted on our website or social media.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Typical delivery time: 2–7 business days depending on the carrier and your location.
  • Orders over $250 may require a signature upon delivery for security.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

6. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide where legally permitted.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by country and can range from 7–21 business days.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government.
  • Customs clearance may cause additional delays outside our control.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is scanned as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for loss or theft.

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged items.

We’ll review each case individually and work to resolve it appropriately.

8. Pre-Orders

When purchasing pre-order items:

  • Payment is collected at the time of purchase to secure your reservation.
  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are available.
  • If you’d like in-stock items shipped separately, please place separate orders.

9. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee rerouting after shipment.
  • Any returned packages due to incorrect address may incur reshipping costs.
