At Bake’s PokeShop, we take pride in providing authentic, factory-sealed Pokémon and other TCG products. Due to the nature of collectible and sealed trading card merchandise, all sales are final. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Returns
Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG (Trading Card Game) industry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been purchased.
This policy helps maintain the integrity of collectible items and ensures that all customers receive untampered, factory-sealed products.
Cancellations
Order cancellations may be requested prior to shipment by contacting us at:

“CANCEL ORDER # [your order number]”
Please note:
- Cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount and covers the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred at the time of purchase.
- Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We’ll review each situation individually and work with you to make it right where applicable.
